The psychological side effects of living with chronic pain or illness can be as debilitating long-term as the pain or disease itself. This is why utilising hypnotherapy for pain management can create emotional well-being which is an important aspect of healing your body with your mind. A healthy mind is a healthy body. Holism stresses the mind-body connection and maintains that health and disease depend on a dynamic and often subtle interplay among the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being, as well as our relationship to the environment in which we live.
