The first episode goes on to have several discussions including the seven dimensions of wellness and well-being. We also explore the concept of well-being as a life-long process and our responsibility to it in the form of self-care.

We also demystify hypnosis as a topic and the difference between it and hypnotherapy as a modality. Also looking at hypnotherapy as a stand-alone and/or complimentary modality. I also answer the age-old question: What is hypnosis and what is hypnotherapy? Defining what hypnosis is and what it is not.

Episode two goes on to talk about the default behaviour of taking tablets to manage emotional issues as well as the pain-killer pandemic, where people are relying more and more on medicine to make them "well" instead of considering emotional roots to their needs. The discussion goes on to look at how we should be using our critical faculty to make better decisions in order to truly live within the wellness of their being.

Hypnosis since its earliest form and over time has become well known as an effective modality to assist greatly with physical pain-management from IBS, fibromyalgia, psychosomatic illnesses all the way to hypnobirthing (pain-free birthing). Hypnotherapy can be considered a complementary therapy to assist with some of society's most prominent illness including mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, fears and phobias.

We discuss whether you can cure depression through your diet? Reverse some of the most chronic illnesses of the coming decade by looking at your relationship with food, your diet and nutrition and how this can positively or negatively affect your body. Touching on other topics like Physconutrition and the gut-mind relationship.

We explore how the physical organ as well as the mind informs our mental, emotional, attitudinal and behavioural traits in line with subconscious mind. How our thoughts can create and emotion/feeling and how that creates an action – ultimately firing a neural network.
