SleepTalk®
For Children

The Goulding SleepTalk® for children process is a parent lead step-by-step program that empowers you, the parent,  to improve or overcome your child’s challenges. Once learned and applied correctly, the process takes only a 2-minutes a night. This is an effective stand-alone child therapy or a complementary therapy to use with other child therapies to achieve maximum results and lifelong changes.

I am the only certified international consultant in South Africa to administer this programme to parents/caregivers.
