I have been battling with night terrors and anxiety for almost two years now. I’ll admit that I was a bit unsure about the idea as I had done the traditional CBT and counselling. After the first session, I started to look forward to the Monday sessions. I felt more in control and was able to view the nightmares as a “film” that I could watch but also look away from. The sessions have helped me get control of the nightmares.
